The scheme was started on a small scale in 2006 by feeding 25 devotess every Saturday after everlasting Srinivasa Kalyanam and now Malladi Venkateswara swami Temple is is providing full meals freely to 60 devotees on every Saturday and to all devotes on Sunday after Saswatha Sri Lakshmi Sudarshana Homam

How the scheme operates

This scheme is being run with the donations from devotees and donors. With a view to continue the scheme forever the Devasthanams deposited all the donations in nationalized banks and the interest accrued on it is being utilized for the scheme. So, Annadanam will  be performed either on behalf of a particular donor or on a specified date which falls on Saturday or Sunday .

Initially we started this Programme with one lakh rupees and now we had 4 lakh rupees. We are seriously looking for devotees who can sponsor in the form of cash or food items like Rice, Dal, oil or other food ingredients.your support  will be a great help to the temple.

How to donate :

Benefits of the Donors

There is no minimum contribution for the scheme  . The donors will be given receipts and Swami prasadam  will be sent to their home via Post. And one day Astottharanama pooza will be performed on their entire family.
